Moskalenko O. The changes of the structural and functional state of bones and correction of osteometabolites in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

A research object is the structural - functional state of bones and level of osteometabolits for patients with the different variants of flow of pseudorheumatism (PR); purpose - to set character of changes and clinical-pathogenetic meaningfulness of violations of the structural-functional state of bones at an arthral syndrome and extraasrticular displays of PR, to prove their influence on efficiency of medical measures at such category of patients; methods - clinical, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, electro-physiological, atomal-absorbtic-spectrometric, biochemical, immunological, immunofermental, statistical; novelty and results - the level of markers of bonemetabolism and osteoassosiated of chemical elements is first set in blood and hairs of patients with the different flow of PR, connections are well-proven with the system of immunity, metacarpal index and mineral closeness of bone, by the extraarticular displays of illness, nosotropic role of changes of the structural-functional state of the bone, dependence of efficiency of the use of facilities of nosotropic therapy from the initial parameters of bone metabolism, character of changes of his separate indexes is certain under influence of treatment, on the basis of what criteria are selected for the estimation of flow of pathological process and prognostication of efficiency of therapy of disease, expedience of setting to all patients of combination of antiosteoporosis preparations is presented (calcemin+bivalos); it is inculcated in practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in the therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery named after V.K. Gusak AMN Ukraine and Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy, in the Donetsk center "Biotic medicine", in KMO the "Clinical Mine hospital" (Makeevka), and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy; a sphere of the use is a treatment and diagnostic process of rheumatologic, therapeutic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic departments of medical educational establishments.
