The dissertation is devoted to the study of inverse problems for determining an unknown time-dependent major coefficient of one-dimensional as well as two-dimensional parabolic equations in free boundary domains. For these problems, there are established the conditions of the existence and uniqueness of solution in the class of continuously differentiable functions.
