Interaction of flat horizontal not isothermal streams for prevention of flow of external air to industrial heat supply object is proved. The way of creation of air-heat veil by overlappinga vertical slot-hole air distributing aperture is developed. Theoretical and experimental researches of processes in air-heat veil are made. Equations which allows to calculate influence of constructive and technological parameters on a total field of speeds and a field of the superfluous temperatures are developed. Procedure and recommendations on itsapplication is specified. Rational ways and means of heat localization in real industrial conditions are proposed.Results of researche are used in energy componies «Illichovskteploenergo» and «Dikom Ug».The technical and economic analysis showns that economy of heat energy is more than 20%, recoupment of proposition equals 2 years.
