Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of non-equilibrium processes of interaction of low energy atoms and ions of hydrogen with the surface and energy exchange during elementary interaction acts of gas-solid body. Obtained was a complex of data, regarding the regularities of excitation of heterogeneous chemiluminiscent on surfaces of various solid bodies. (SiC, CaGa2S4-Eu2+, beta-Zn2SiO4-Mn, ZnSCdS-Ag, ZnS-Tm, fullerite films, phosphorous adsorbates etc.) following their bombardment with heat atoms of hydrogen (temperature range-100-500K); and with ions of H2+ (energy range 50-2000 eW); investigated were spectra and kinetic peculiarities of luminescence. The effect of sharp increase of ionoluminiscence (IL) (more than 20 times) after preliminary electron excitation of a sample of ZnS CdS Ag with ultraviolet (UV) light was investigated experimentally. A new method of preparation of luminophors in this work, including preparation of surface-activated SiO2-Mn.
