The object of research is a strategy management of a machine-building enterprise innovative development in the Ukrainian economics' transformation conditions. The objective is a development of organizational-methodic providing of an enterprise innovative development strategy management with the help of contemporary means of management. The method is a scientific generalization, system analysis and comparison, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, horizontal, vertical, tabular, graphic analysis, questioning, estimation of experts, estimation by criterions, strategic analysis and controlling. Theoretical and practical results - a development of theoretic-methodical provisions of an enterprise innovative development strategy management on the basis of control by contemporary management tools and defying of their organizational inculcation. Novelty - the theoretical substantiation and methodical recommendations for the improving of quality of an enterprise innovative development strategy management. The degree of implementation - the SRI and academic activities of the ONPU, the Daughter enterprise "Odesastalmontaj", the State joint company "Building company "Ukrbud", the Communal enterprise "The plant of food machinery-building" activities.
