Essay

Object of research - hydrodynamical processes of work of the hydrounit. The purpose of researches - increase of a technological level of the hydrounit of rotation due to improvement of a design of a hydraulic control system and an establishment of optimum parameters of its working process. Methods of researches - the system analysis, mechanics of a liquid and gas, the theory of automatic control and mathematical modelling, the theory of optimum systems. Experimental researches were carried out on the basis of the theory of planning of experiment and mathematical statistics in laboratory of faculty hydropneumatics and hydrodrive NTU "KHPI" and SRIHydraulic drive (Kharkov). Theoretical and practical results - the technique of designing, optimization of constructive and working parameters and the analysis of performance data of the hydrounit of rotation is developed. A design of the hydrodevice of a straight line of action with oscillation and the hydrounit of the machine tool are protected by patents of Ukraine. Results of researches are accepted to use in the joint venture of CLC "KHЕMF-ІРЕС", Company "Hydroequipment" and CLC "REMMASHBUD" (Kharkov). Novelty - is advanced a control system of the hydrounit of rotation which is based on use of the hydroallocator with the developed hydraulic vibrating contour and introduction of a hydraulic feedback on pressure; the mathematical model of working process of the hydrounit winding the machine tool is developed; analytical dependences are received: density of a working liquid changing in time and frequency of rotation of the hydromotor from external loading; the mathematical model of its working process is developed; oscillation a zolotnik of the hydroallocator and rigidity of a spring of a hydraulic vibrating contour influence is established on dynamic characteristics of the hydroallocator and the hydrounit of rotation. Degree of introduction - faculty hydropneumatics and hydrodrive NTU "KHPI", the joint venture of CLC "KHЕMF-ІРЕС", Сompany "Hydroequipment", CLC "REMMASHBUD" (Kharkov).Area of use - mechanical engineering.
