In the dissertation summarized the experience of formation and improvement of the mechanism of financial resources, joint stock companies. The survey nature of financial resources and synthesis of existing classifications, which helped create a scientifically grounded multi-classification of financial resources, joint stock companies with links to information sources and to expand its practical use. A mechanism of formation, structure and dynamics of financial resources, a comprehensive analysis of efficiency of financial resources, operational analysis model development and use of financial resources, methodical approach to identify factors and problem areas that characterize the level of management of financial resources.
