The dissertation is devoted to the obtaining combined solution for geodynamical parameters from the GPS, VLBI, and SLR observations. The positions of the Ukrainian sites “Kiev-Golosiiv” and “Simeiz-Kаtzively” with co-located techniques has been obtained using three year spanned SLR and GPS data. A new approach for obtaining the combined solution for Geodynamic parameters using observations from modern Space Geodesy techniques is proposed. A software implementation of proposed approach is developed. This software allows to obtain realizations of Terrestrial and Celestial Reference Frames and consistent set of Earth orientation parameters. The combined solution for the coordinates of geodetic VLBI-experiment CONT02 has been obtained using developed software. The validity of obtained results is confirmed by mutual comparison of obtained combined solutions and correspondent results from International Earth Rotation Service.
