Svistun L. Forming of land market in terms of state regional policy implementation

Object - the process of the land market formation in Ukraine. Рurpose - a scientific substantiation of process of the land market formation according to the maintenance and mechanisms of the state regional policy realization. Research methods - system, logic, monographic, historical, economic-statistical, comparative, groupings, factorial, mathematical modelling and optimising planning. Novelty - the working out of formation and realization conceptual bases of a regional land policy on the basis of interests compromise of the state power, business and society; a substantiation of the methodical approach which allows to choose the type and directions of a land policy realization in region; theoretical and methodological bases of the land market and demand formation factors on it are improved; the scheme of financial streams movement of the regional land market with the assistance of the State land mortgage association is worked out and the order and sources of formation of its initial capital is substantiated. Practical value - the level of conduciveness of socio-economic factors for land market development in regions of Ukraine has been estimated, and their groupping is carried out; the potential investment possibilities of the the regional land markets development has been defined; the using mechanism of investment land potential of local communities by creation of the land mortgaging funds, issue and floating of municipal land securities have been proved.
