Essay

New theoretical grounds is presented on the ways of mathematical methods development for system analysis of pharmacokinetic processes and also their implementation as a software environment for system pharmacokinetic research are shown. The methods of construction of models of pharmacokinetic processes, analysis of stability and optimal control are developed. They are implemented in corresponding software environment. Model of control of pathologic process taking into account pharmacokinetics was developed. For the problem of optimal control of system of nonlinear different there was analyticcaly obtained the form of optimal control on some initial time interval.
