Object - profile grooves milling process. The purpose - increase of profile grooves processing productivity at the expense of timely a chip removal from a cutting zone. Methods - theoretical (the system approach to representation of a researches subject and complex, the geometro-kinematiko-power the approach to the analysis of its functioning; differential and integral calculus, the friable environment mechanics methods and hydrodynamics, a problem of liquid pressure head streams interaction with a barrier) and experimental (natural samples of a chip removal system in the conditions of the special stand with use of modern methods of electric measurements; processing was carried out by means of probability theory methods and the mathematical statistics) methods of researches. Novelty consists in creation of the adequate description of a chip removal mechano-hydrodynamic system functioning at profile grooves milling by means of the developed integrated mathematical model, which includes in coordination co-operating private models. Results - increase of profile grooves milling productivity on size to 2 times and increase of the cutting tool firmness on size to 3 times at the expense of rational parameters use of a chip compulsory removal system. Industry is machine-building plants of Ukraine.
