Essay

Thesis is devoted to developmen of new and perfection of existent construction hardware of two-level frequency digital synthesizers (TFDS) which allow substantially extend functional and improve metrological characteristics of these devices. The TFDS structures are developed and analysed with possibility of frequency step guiding, in particular, - on two accumulators; on accumulator with multiplexing of control codes, a coefficient of which can be both less and greater from one; synthesizers adapted to the pipe-lined method of the accumulators construction, that allowed substantially increase the speed of these devices, and, as a result, increase the maximal synthesized frequency. The optimum initial states of circuit elements are found, which provide a high exactness of synthesizers, and also dependence of pipe-lined TFDS tuning time from the bits amount. The method of the synthesizers impulsive sequences irregularity reducing is improved by application of delay control symmetric structure device enabling the providing of time delay necessary exactness and removing of circuit constant necessity. Scientific results have been used for the development of dosimetric detectors signals imitation.
