Essay

The object of the research is the process of control of the electric drives of pumps of the water-supply pumping station. A research aim consists in reduction of electric energy consumption by electric drives of the water-supply pumping station in case of providing of necessary value of the productivity and accounting of limits on the direct starting of drive engines. There were used such methods in researches: the linear dynamic programming and theory of optimization method; numerical methods for solving systems of algebraic equations, methods of calculation and interpolation; finite automata; methods of automatic control theory. Scientific novelty of the results we've got: at first was worked out the method of the optimal, with a minimum of charges of electric energy, control drives of pumps of the water-supply pumping station, which allows to provide the necessary productivity of the station, taking into consideration of limits on the direct starting of drive engines, which reduces power consumption and increases the reliability of electric pump stations; were improved the mathematical model of the checking of resource of electric engine system, which, unlike known, included restrictions on direct AC motor starting medium and large capacity, which increases reliability; further developed the method of optimization of electric motors enabled the number of pumps, which, unlike the known, takes into account the number of realized direct startups, reducing failure rate pumping units. The practical value of the results we've got is that as synthesized the structure of the control unit of motor running of unregulated pumping units, which, unlike known, consider the limits for the direct start of the engines of middle and large powers, which increases the reliability of electric drive; the algorithm of microprocessor engine control unit unregulated pumping unit was worked out, which, unlike existing, consider the limits on the direct starting of engines of middle and large powers, which allows to realize the control by engine of pump on a modern element base. Degree of implementation - the results of this work are in separate unit of water and sanitation "Vinnytsyavodokanal and in the educational process Vinnytsia National Technical University. Fields (sectors) of use: second lift pump stations that run on a particular schedule of water supply and equipment employed in parallel pumps.
