Thesis is devoted to working out mathematical models and methods an estimation and increase free rhythm synchronous automated lines (SAL) operator safety providing in conditions discrete automated production. Semi-markovian mathematical model three-phase free rhythm SAL functioning with general phase space was devised. Free rhythm multiphase SAL semi-markovian mathematical model was constructed on basis iterative арproach. SAL operator behaviour mathematical model was devised. Method industrial traumatism probability definition operator at service SAL was improved.
