Essay

In dissertation study the concept of proline chiral properties of river ecosystems use is proved. Literary data about the greatest in comparison with other amino acids solubility of the given amino acid in water, the greatest angle of rotation of a light polarization plane at a so-called sodium line and its importance in a seaweed metabolism are used. An optimum wavelength of an ultra-violet part of a spectrum at which proline displays the highest angle of rotation of a light polarization plane and an error of the obtained data were defined preliminarily. A technique is approved on an example of small rivers of the Chernivtsi - city.
