Moroz O. Forming of regional logistic systems

A research object is a process of forming of the regional logistic systems. The article of research is teoretiko-methodical principles of forming of the regional logistic systems. Research methods: logic analysis; graphic; analysis, synthesis and comparison; analysis of the systems; comparison, grouping; ekonomiko-statistical method; structurally functional method. Theoretical and methodological bases of research were become by fundamental positions of economic theory, theory of regional economy, management, and logistic, represented in works of domestic and foreign scientists. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in development of logistic strategy of development of region; improvement of maintenance of concept: "regional logistic system"; methodological principles of forming of the regional logistic systems; methods of analysis and estimation of level of development of the regional logistic systems; classifications of the logistic systems; to approach to forming of logistic infrastructure of region; to going near a regional logistic management. The got results of research found a reflection in the research themes of the Lutsk national technical university: The "mechanisms of stimulation of socio-economic development of region", "Mechanisms of increase of competitiveness of regions of Ukraine", were used in current work of Main administration of economy of Volhynia regional state administration, TZOV "Smartlogistics", inculcated in practice of menage enterprises at realization of management logistic projects a bread-winner in an institute the "Economic and technological management an enterprise" (IWT Institut f?r wirtschaftliche und technologische Unternehmensf?hrung) in m. of Detmol'd, Germany; in the educational process of the Lutsk national technical university.
