Essay

The research subject is the process of control of the gas torch flame forming. The research aim is the rise of the control processing speed and accuracy of the torch oxygen consumption at the expense of soot carbon qualitative analysis into the combustion products of the fuel mixture by the measure of the flame radiation flux which based on the developed method and control means. For obtaining of the stated aim next methods were used: analysis and synthesis; abstract-logical; gas-flame metal treatment method; quality heat control method; measure and control theory; theory of measurement errors; mathematical simulation method. Science novelty consists in that for the first time the oxygen consumption control method was theoretically substantiated and experimentally researched. The oxygen consumption conforms to stoichiometric ratio oxygen - combustible gas in the combustible mixture of the torch. This method consists in demotion to zero of the soot carbon radiation flux; for the first time the control method of oxygen consumption of the gas torch measurement of radiation flux of the flame's solid phase (non-gas components) – soot carbon particles; the mathematical model of the flame of torch was improved, which, determine the dependence between the radiation flux of the soot carbon and oxygen consumption; the theoretical study of the radiation spectra of components of the high temperature two-phase flow gas-solid particle was continued; the determine of relations between the voltage on input of optica-elektronic device and radiation flux of the soot carbon into the gas torch flame was continued and improved. The practical importance of obtained results consists in that was developed: the technique of measurement of the solid particles radiation flux; the recommendations for the designing of devices for the measurement of solid particle radiation flux; the recommendations for the determining of the limits of allowance intervals; the design of OED was perfected. Degree of adoption – the results of the dissertation work were adopted on "Zapadenergo" Corp. Ladyzhyn heat power plant (Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region), Zhytomyr Way machine station of State territorial-sectoral association "South – West railway" (Zhytomyr) and Zhytomyr State Technological University educational process. Usage field – national economy branches, which use a gas-flame material treatment.
