Essay

The work is devoted to a question of cylindrical worm gears loading ability increase by the application of a worm with a convexo-concave coils profile. The generalised mathematical model of worm gears made by grinding by the toroidal tool is for this purpose developed. By results of the analysis rational transfers parametres are offered. For these pa-rameters theoretical values of loading ability criteria in 1,2-1,34 times above. At transfers adjustment to 1,6-1,95 times above.
