Essay

Working processes in hydraulic drive sensible to loading (HDSL) are a research object. The increase of efficiency of the control system by hydraulic drive (HD) is a research purpose and providing of requirements to the values of dynamic and static descriptions of LSHD on the base of multimode directional control valve (MDCV). For achievement of the put purpose the methods of mathematical design, computer design are used; recording of transitional processes; mathematical statistics. A scientific novelty consists that first in HDSL dependence of size of counterbalancing overfall (CO) of pressure is certain, that is formed by a flowing valve on the working window of distributive slide-valve of MDCV, from conductivity of throttles of auxiliary chamber during work in the modes of unloading of hydraulic pump (HP), adjusting of expense of hydraulic engine (HE) and defence from the overload; the mathematical model of HDSL is developed to loading on the base of MDCV, in which the taken into account experimentally got dependences of expense through the working window of distributive slide-valve, hydrodynamic force and force of friction of rest on the slide-valve of flowing valve of MDCV; first in HDSL hyperbolical character of dependence of values of time of transitional process, CO of pressure and error of stabilization of expense of HE from the temperature of working liquid and size of CO of pressure is certain, diminishment of which provides the increase of efficiency of the control system by HD; the criterion of optimization of HDSL on the basis of complex account of power, dynamic and static descriptions of HD during his work in the modes of unloading of HP, adjusting of expense of HE and defence from the overload is improved. The practical value of the got results consists that a new chart of HDSL is developed on the base of MDCV; construction of MDCV is developed and chart of HD of mobile working machine. Degree of introduction are dissertation job performances are inculcated on "Borex" (Borodyanka) and educational process on a department technologies and automations of mechanical engineering of the Vinnytsia National Technical University. The sphere (industry) of the use is HD of mobile working machines.
