Thesis for Candidate's degree of Veterinary Sciences in specialty 16.00.02 - Animal Pathology, Oncology and Morphology. - National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2010. The Thesis is devoted to the research of biological properties of stem cells depending on methods of their obtaining and species origin. The optimal conditions of extraction mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow of rabbits, cats and dogs are determined and selected composition of cultural medium for their cultivation preserving differential potential. Differential potential in osteogenous direction the in vitro mesenchymal stem cells of animals' in species has been studied. The facility to extract proliferous colony of embryonic stem cells from in vitro porcine embryos has been experimentally proved and the conditions of their cultivation have been identified. Proposed the method of receiving stromal stem cells of animals' bone marrow and method of receiving fraction of mononuclear cells of rabbit, cat and dog bone marrow with high proliferous activity.
