Tsaruk I. Economic Pre-conditions of Forming of Social Sphere of Region in the Conditions of Market Transformations

The object – the process of forming of economic pre-conditions for the development of social sphere of the region in the conditions of market transformations under influence of external and internal factors; the goal – development of theoretical and methodological foundations of forming of economic pre-conditions of development of social sphere of region in the process of market transformations; the methods – historical, scientific observation, description, classification, comparison, formalization, analysis and synthesis, analysis of the systems, forecasting, cluster analysis, index, tabular-graphic and cartographic; newness – the theoretical base was extended through the improvement of row of concepts, system of principles, factors, reasonable scientific basis of formation of regional-sectoral model of regional development using the methods of cluster analysis; the results – developed suggestions on the improvement of resource and personal potential of social sphere of region, strategic directions of its subsequent regionally development; were introduced into the economic practice.
