Essay

The thesis considers the cognitive, axiological, and methodological aspects of intuition in scientific knowledge. It ponders the ideological, philosophical, and methodological bases of cognitive understanding of nature and function of intuition in their historical dynamics of the creative potential of this phenomenon in the latest philosophical and methodological discourse. Scope and types of intuition are analyzed in terms of methodological concept of axiological potentialism. The cognitive processes of mainstreaming capacity of intuition in terms of rational-scientific thinking are observed. Inter-communication in scientific discovery and cognitive aspects of value are analyzed. The thesis also describes the ratio of intuitive, discursive, and logical in scientific knowledge, the specifics of cognitive and axiological potential of intuition in creation of new knowledge.
