Dissertation investigates theoretical and practical aspects of raising effectiveness and de-risking oil-&-gas exploration works by means of integral 3D subsurface modeling of oil-&gas bearing territories and local objects. Thesis deals with problem of initial model creation. Initial geo-data are being classified on base of there spatial descriptiveness of subsurface as low-informative, informative and highly informative. On that base different methods of structural and property models creation are proposed. To ensure and optimize the iterative procedure convergence during geophysical inverse problem solution the modified calculating method of relaxation parameter is being proposed. For speeding-up of computation during gravity inversion fast calculating algorithm for direct problem was developed. High technological and geological effectiveness of methods proposed is illustrated using case studies of regional oil and gas exploration works within Solotvino and Mukachevo Troughs, Russki-Romarivtsi and Solotvino gas fields of Transcarpathian Trough.
