Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of technology of the diffusive welding in the vacuum of molybdenum with a copper. The methods of mathematical design are set connection between energy of bombardings the surface of metal of ions and by position of a maximum of displacements, that allowed to expect the mode providing the best terms of introduction of atoms of copper of layer in a molybdenum. The method of analysis is rotin the increase of width of diffusive area of copper in a molybdenum at application of the modified layer on 15%. The mode of welding of molybdenum is certain with a copper providing the increase of durability of connection on a cut to 110 MPa. On the basis of the conducted researches technology of making of the diffusive welding a method is developed in the vacuum of copper-molybdenum anodes.
