Dissertation is devoted to the problems of the creation the effective methods of the development and improvement technical inventions of the information-measuring components for the special computer complexes, that provides increase the efficiency adaptive computer systems at control of objects with non-stationary parameters. New results are: improvements of qualitative characteristics of information-measuring components computer systems with registration of changes of parameters of magnetic, capacitor and optical sensitive elements; synthesized on the basis of the magnetic field theory models of the components, etc.
