Dissertation work is devoted to developed high performance computing devises for specialized system and reduce their energy consumption. The structure of stream-oriented computer and structure for solution of system of linear algebraic equations and thus allowing increase productivity of data processing system which oriented to solution large dimension problems, methods and structure can be used in creation and exploitation high-performance computer devises with appropriate correction, depending on areas where they are used. The model of specialized system for placing and data processing in computer network nodes based on controlling switch for faster computing. The method selective blocks disconnection that can reduce energy consumption and the risk of making wrong decisions at early stages of development, thereby reducing labor and overall design time.
