Object of research: structural changes in a chemical complex of region. The purpose of research: a substantiation of theoretical rules, development of the methodical and practical recommendations concerning organizational maintenance of changes in a chemical complex of region in conditions of market transformations. Methods of research: logic, structural, correlation and regression, statistical and graphic analysis; extrapolation; an estimation of efficiency of the investment projects. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific - methodical rules concerning organizational maintenance of changes in a chemical complex of region directed on amplification to its competitiveness are developed. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete practical offers and methodical recommendations, which have found a use in activity Lugansk urban advice, Brjankovskiy of urban advice of Lugansk area, department of management of economy and investments Rubeganskiy of urban advice of Lugansk area, ООО "Rubeganskiy Dye", Scientific and technical establishment " Institute of chemical technology and industrial ecology "; in educational process of Institute of chemical technologies (Rubegnoe) East Ukrainian of national university by name Vladimira Dalja Ministry of education and Sciencesof Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the organizational approach to maintenance of changes in a chemical complex of region is offered on the basis of formation vertically-integrated structures. The estimation of a condition of a chemical complex of region is received and the tendencies of its development are determined. The influence macroeconomic of the factors on dynamics of volumes of manufacture varnishcolor of branch is concretized. The understanding of essence of territorial organization of chemical manufacture is specified. Position of institutional theory is complemented in relation to a location and role of vertically-integrated structures in the organization of changes in the economic complex of region. The structure of investment maintenance of the enterprises of a chemical complex of region is determined by allocation of its passive and active component. The offers concerning a choice of potential sources of the investments are proved according to priority directions of organizational changes.
