Essay

Research object: Low-formalized process of automatic classification of functional states of technological process of complex mineral fertilizers production in the conditions of a priori uncertainty. Research purpose: development of informative-extreme method of analysis and synthesis of decision support system (DSS), self-learned in the mode of factor cluster-analysis (FCA) with optimization of set of features, for automation of technological process of complex mineral fertilizers production in the conditions of a priori uncertainty, informative and resource limitations. Research methods and apparatus: theory of low-formalized process control, theory of digital treatment of signals, theory of system analysis and theory of pattern recognition, methods of categorical-functorial analysis and theory of sets, information theory, methods of multiparametric optimization and random search, object-oriented methodology. Theoretical and practical results: the important science-practical task of analysis and synthesis self-learned in the mode of FKA dss for automation of technological process of complex mineral fertilizers production in the conditions of a priori uncertainty is decided. Novelty: the information-extreme method of the analysis and synthesis self-learned in a mode FKA DSS, included a complex categorical models, criteria of an estimation of the functional efficiency and algorithms of parameters of features set optimization providing property of adaptability of the system in the conditions of a priori uncertainty through absence of the continuous input control of raw materials by production of complex mineral fertilizers is developed. Implementation level: public corporation "Sumyhimprom", public corporation "SELMI" (Sumy), educational process of computer science department of the Sumy state university. Usage sphere: intellectual DSS, functioned in the conditions of the aprioristic uncertainty, controlled technological processes of chemical, metallurgical, food and other industry areas.
