Essay

The results of research of microprocessor management matrix light emitting diodes are presented in dissertation. The dynamic power supply of matrices of super light emitting diodes is realized with the use of algorithm of feed-back on a light stream. The aggregate of criteria is formed for creation of the specialized processor, incorporated in one crystal with the structures of geteroelektroniki for treatment of streams of information, objects got at illumination by the matrix diode sources of white light. Investigational and developed management method RGB by the matrix diode sources of light for the increase of their power efficiency. The methods of combination in the general corps of solid state source of white light are investigational on materials of group A3B5 and management charts on the basis of microprocessor in silicon. The specialized microprocessor, functioning with the use of algorithm, is developed WZ are transformations for operations above matrices and his basic descriptions are investigational.
