Prostotina S. Measuring of differentation of profits of population in the system of socio-economic development of regions

The aim of dissertation work is development of theoretic-methodological, scientific and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of the system of adjusting of socio-economic development of regions by introduction of effective technologies of measuring and search of optimal differentiation of profits of population. A research object is the system of adjusting of socio-economic development of regions. The scientific novelty of the results consists in the following: for the first time: - scientific approach which foresees realization of estimation of changes of degree of differentiation of profits of population of a region on the basis of visual analysis of configuration and degree of asymmetricness of curves of unevenness of allocation of profits of population of region and comparison of them with a standard model is offered; improved: - the estimation of unevenness of allocation of profits of population of region on the basis of grounding of necessity of realization of additional comparative graphic lag analysis of differentiation of profits in the case when crossing of curves of Lorenz takes place and coefficient of Gini has an identical value in the different unevenness of allocation of profits by quintiles (deciles); - a system of the indicative planning and prognostication of regional economic development due to the use of standard French curves - prognosis reference-points of differentiation of profits of population; - method of comparative lag analysis in case of the use of technology of asymmetric design of the state of differentiation of profits of population which are correct for the reflection of polarization of profits and absence of middle class; got further development: - methodical approach to the control of implementation of the programs of socio-economic development of regions in parts which touch optimization of allocation of profits of population; - a theory of welfare, which is complemented by the new criteria of estimation of its increase on the stage of removal of lag of living wage from the cost of minimum basket of goods and control of regulator monetary processes which remove such disproportion; - the approach to the estimation of efficiency of the forecast dynamics of economic development due to recommendations in relation to the use of "point", "address" approaches in adjusting of economic development taking into account the specific features of regions.
