The thesis is devoted to estimation of efficiency of the langasite and lithium niobate crystals as workings components for optoelectronic devices for controlling laser radiation, as well as to improvement of their piezoelectric and electro-optical characteristics, using the studies of spatial anisotropy of the corresponding properties.
