Kvatyra I. The peculiarities of socio-economic development of Rich Pospolyta II (1918-1939)

The thesis deals with the peculiarities of the socio-economic development based on the analysis of a wide range of archival documents, of Ukrainian and foreign historiography. The initial conditions of the economy and society remained after independence, the government's immediate measures to stabilize the situation in the country have been considered in the dissertation. The stages of formation and realization of Poland's socio-economic policy under the influence of external and internal factors in the interwar period have been analyzed in the paper. The main trends and characteristics of industry and agriculture, the role of public sector and foreign capital in the state's economy, the values and development of internal market and foreign trade have been found out in the work. It has been analyzed the stages and effectiveness of financial policy. The influences of the state and government's realization of social and economic policy on the social structure of the population and improvement of its material, cultural and spiritual levels have been established in the research.
