Essay

The dissertation is devoted to developing a new approach to managing complex technology of beer production. The mathematical model of the basic process of beer from the perspective of systems analysis and synergetics, their research, allowing us to detect trends in system behavior of objects in the external and internal fluctuations. Experimental studies of the object identified in time series of basic technological parameters of the presence of regions of chaos and stochasticity, which made it possible to determine the depth of prediction and establish the characteristic manifestations of the behavior of the object. To create a subsystem of the decision was made cognitive modeling, which allowed to identify causal relationships of factors that affect the basic processes in the brewing industry and to develop management scenarios. The structure of the automated production chain which sold beer in network optimization and management scenarios with intellectual subsystem.
