The thesis is devoted to the development of software-hardware organization of GRID-systems based on virtual networks technology. The analysis of factors which affecting the performance of the GRID-system is conducted. The method of creation the structure of GRID-system which consists of a set of interconnected virtual private GRID-Systems is proposed. The algorithm for structure creation of virtual private GRID-system in the form of a minimum spanning tree is shown. A method of organizing a distributed control of GRID-system based on agent technology which provide the minimum amount of service traffic in the operation of GRID-system is developed. VDHC server which control operating of GRID-system and allocates tasks to a virtual private GRID-systems is designed. .
