Dissertation is dedicated to technology of transportation effectiveness increase by organization improvement of freight flow and dataware enhancement on industrial transport based on time and money reduction of transport system servicing by: documentation improvement and data structuring, at the same time economic effect came by time minimizing for transport downtime; cost saving for materials handing work and time for expectation of load-unload operations (for freights searching and placement) As a result of theoretical and experimental researches were proposed methods and models, which were deployed into 3 Ukrainian enterprises. As a result of this was time costs reduction for freight flow organization and information service, costs for transport operations, means of transport rotation 15-46% and material costs 16-25%
