Essay

The scientific work is dedicated to study of complex pathomorphological diagnostics of neoplastic processes of thyroid gland. In transmitted research it was estimated, that morphological variants of thyroid gland’s structure formula derivate from condition of the organs system of vascular and extravascular microcirculation. The main conditions for pre– and pathological morphogenesis are dominance of extravacular circulation and reduction of morphogenetical functions of the parafolicular haemocapillars. New key pathomorphological features of goitres, adenomas and cancers of thyroid gland, which were established in the scientific work, make the process of morphological analysis of neoplastic conditions of thyroid gland faster and easier. A new ways of estimation of the stromal channels passability are estimated on the basis of condition of collagen fibers during electron microscopy analysis and based on density of tissue fluid colouring by eosin. Inverse correlation connection is established between relational areas of vascular bed and stromal interspaces during neoplastic processes of thyroid gland.
