Essay

The thesis deals with study of the functional condition of the thiol-disulfide system and substantiation of its role in oxidative stress development with HIV-infection. It is established that disturbance of correlation between contents of -SH and -S-S- blood serum groups and low-molecular blood serum compounds has an important meaning in oxidative stress development with HIV-infection. In vitro research revealed the influence of HIV-antigens on contents of protein and non-protein -SH and -S-S- blood serum groups, which both contain HIV-antibodies and do not. It was elucidated the unknown before biochemical mecha-nism of realization of effects of immune and non-immune interaction of HIV-antibodies and TDS components of the blood serum, which is stipulated by abso-lutely different by character and direction changes of contents of -SH and -S-S- groups. The determined criteria of immune and non-immune reactions in vitro are suggested to use as an additional methodical approach with determination of HIV-antibodies presence in the blood by way of traditional methods.
