Andrenko O. Direction for improving of monitoring of social and economic development of an administrative district

The purpose of the research is the development of theoretical, scientific and methodical bases aimed at introduction and improvement of social and economic monitoring of administrative regions. The object of the research is the process of social and economic development of administrative regions. The subject of the research is the theoretical, scientific and methodical bases of forming and improvement of monitoring for social and economic development of an administrative region. The methods of the research are system-structural, comparative analysis; systematization; economic and mathematical modeling. The content and definition of the category "monitoring of social and economic development", the process of monitoring assessment of social and economic development on the basis of integral indicators forming using economic and mathematical modeling are improved. The rating of an administrative region within the regional system is determined. It is suggested to use the results of monitoring assessment and prognostication in the process of indicative planning for forming the system of purpose indicators. The suggestions on monitoring organization and the methods of integral indicators forming are introduced. The sphere of use: the results of the research can be used by regional and local governments and institutions dealing with state statistics, higher education institutions.
