Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying and working out of automatic control tools for aerosol nanocatalysis for recycling organic chlorine synthesis using modern software and hardware tools for increasing the efficiency of utilization of a wide range of chlorinated organic wastes and the yield of products for further synthesis. There were determined the main tasks of automation control by maintaining the values of variables such as temperature, vibration frequency, amplitude of the reactor, the stoichiometric ratio of reagents in predetermined limits, disturbance compensation. The mathematical model of aerosol nanocatalysis was developed. To solve the problems of the optimization process a method of dynamic programming which based on the grid variables were proposed. The structure of distributed automation control system was proposed. To implement control functions was determined the composition of software and hardware. Offered mathematical models, me-thods, algorithms and structures were used during develop software for function of logical-program controller.
