Essay

Point contacts possessing dynamic and static spin-valve effects have been formed and studied. Their behavior in a magnetic field has been investigated. The effect of microwave irradiation on the dynamic behavior of point contacts with spin-valve effect has been studied. The features of the spin-valve effect in point contacts to an exchange-biased ferromagnetic film (Co), deposited on antiferromagnet (FeMn) have been investigated.
