An object is processes of tooth-cutting of cylindrical tooth-wheels of any width, shaping of the third class based on charts. A purpose is an increase of the productivity and decline of prime price of cutting of points due to the change of chart of shaping of gear-wheels and method of shaping of instrument. Methods are theories of circumflex, theories of the toothed hooking, theories of planning of toolpiece. Novelty - the spatial mathematical model of receipt of surface of cylindrical gear-wheels is developed at shaping a hyperboloidal instrument. Results - the flowsheet of tooth-cutting of hyperboloidal instrument a cylindrical instrumental wheel is improved due to the analysis of process of forming of type of tooth, the method of analysis of process of formoobrazovaniya of cylindrical gear-wheels a hyperboloidal instrument is created.Industry is machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
