The dissertation deals with the problems of improving the process of designing algorithmic operational devices by development and practical application of methods and means of designing algorithmic operational devices for graphic representation of performed algorithms. In this dissertation the method of recording the algorithm flow graph in the form of structural matrix is suggested. This enabled to formalize the stage of high-level synthesis of algorithmic operational devices.
