Essay

There are next ones presented in dissertation. The dynamical model of asymmetry factor of total integral intensities (TII) for different signs of reflections in the case of Laue-diffraction with taking into account contribution of diffuse component of TII is created. On this base the new method of microdefects’ diagnostic is developed. Asymmetry of azimuthal dependences of normalized TII in monocrystal with defects in the case of Bragg-diffraction, which (asymmetry) is affected by dynamical effect of total diffraction reflection’ influence into diffuse scattering is experimentally established for the first time. On the base of founded and described with taking into account diffuse scattering asymmetry effects of mentioned TII dependencies from dynamical diffraction conditions combined integral X-ray diagnostics methods of different types of defects presented in crystals simultaneously, which are based on joint experimental results’ treatment obtained from different dynamical diffraction’ conditions.
