Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of ecological and phytomeliorative role of synanthropic grass species in Lviv urboecosystems functioning as well as studying the prospects of their usage in planting greening. Synanthropic grass species chare in the formation of urboecosystems vegetation dejending on their transformation level and the time of the area construction has been investigated. The role of adventitious plants as a constituent part of a city phytobiot in that process has been described. The importance of synanthrops for the development of primary succession of vegetation in urboecosystems has been found out. The results obtained from the study of soil parameters changes (such as acidity, humus contents, etc.) under the influence of synanthropic grass species groups functioning, their great ecological and phytomeliorative importance. The changes of projective cover and synanthropic composition in according to variations of light intensity under the tree's canapy have been also studied here. The manifestation of vittaly important strategies of synanthropic grass species in the process of renewal vegetation in the areas of newly built houses and old construction sites have described. The changes of species composition grass plot in the areas of many-storyed buildings for the last 30 - 35 years have been studied. Ecological and phytosenotic paculiaritics of the railway bevel growth colonization and formation grouping depending on the soil types and their location on the slope have been shown. The role of synanthrops in the formation of vegetation cover in these urboecosystems has been revealed. Synanthrops usage in cities' greening on the basis of phytomeliorative characteristics study have been proposed. Scientific and practical instructions concerning the use of synanthropic species of plants optimization for the renaturalization of transformed areas have been developed and handed over to the bodies of greening menagament in the city of Lviv.
