Lisnevska A. Psychological factors of youth political activity

Dissertation is devoted to the studying of psychological factors of youth political activity. The political activity peculiarities of different age groups and social youth groups are presented. The connection between personal factors (values, life-meaning attitudes, motives of political behaviour) and social and psychological factors (family socialization, communication in primary social groups, the mass media) is shown and on the basis of this connection the determination model of youth political activity is developed. According to this model the main regulator of youth political activity is the motives of political behaviour. The rest of the factors determines youth political activity indirectly through the system of political behaviour motives.
