Object of research: economic integration of regions. The purpose of research: generalization theoretical, development of methodical rules and proof of necessity of formation of organizational-economic maintenance integration of connections of region in conditions growing internationalization of economic life. Methods of research: system; dialectic; the economic analysis; statistical; economic-mathematical modeling. The theoretical and practical results consist in development of a complex of scientific-methodical rules and practical recommendations concerning organizational-economic maintenance integration of connections in view of regional features, the theoretical bases of economic integration of regions are determined. The conclusions and recommendations, are suitable to application in practical activity of bodies of the executive authority of the central and regional level, bodies of local self-management, research establishments on a structure of scientific work in sphere of regional researches. Have found practical application in activity: managements of external connections and foreign trade activities Lugansk regional state administration; Lugansk urban advice; senior managements of economy Lugansk regional state administration; Lugansk regional commercial and industrial chamber; are used in educational process Eastukrainian of national university by name Vladimir Dal Ministries of education and sciences of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the measures on organizational-economic maintenance integration of connections of region are proved which provide security of own interests of region and creation of favorable conditions for realization of its internal potential. The methodical approaches to definition typelogic of administrative-territorial formations of Ukraine are offered. The receptions of the comparative analysis of economic development of frontier regions and scientific - methodical approaches to definition of the strong and weak parties of economy of region are advanced. The world experience of rapproachement and interlacing of economic connections is generalized and the forms of display internationalization of economic life are opened. The concept of strengthening of economic integration of region is proved and the understanding of essence of economic integration of regions, classification of the factors of development трансграничного of cooperation is specified. Sphere of use is the activity of the Ministry of economy and on the European integration of Ukraine, regional state administrations, bodies of local self-management; research establishments on a structure of scientific work; higher educational institutions.
