Razumova G. Managerial and economic mechanism of regional housing policy formation

The thesis is devoted to the development of the managerial and economic mechanism of regional housing policy formation, aimed at the increase of housing availability for the population on the example of Dnipropetrovs'k region.The conception "managerial and economic mechanism of regional housing policy formation" has been theoretically substantiated in the thesis. The necessity of housing policy improvement aimed at the increase of housing availability for the population has been substantiated.The managerial and economic mechanism of regional housing policy formation, based on the municipal rented houses construction and the practical recommendation for determining the rent in these houses have been performed. The methodical approach for evaluation of housing availability for population has been proposed. The housing fund classification has been improved.
