Posternak O. The bourgeoisie in Southern provinces of Russian Empire on the background of the Revolution of 1905-1907.

The object - socio-political and socio-economical processes on the background of revolution 1905-1907. The purpose - to reveal the peculiarities and conditions of political evolution of the bourgeoisie in Southern provinces of Russian Empire on the background of its events. Methods: problem-chronological, comparatively-historical, system-structural, historic-typological, statistical. The dissertation represents for the first time a complex investigation of South Russia bourgeoisie participation in the work of zemstvo and local bodies, in the elections to the State Duma and the State Rada, in the work of Liberal and Conservatory political parties with the revolutionary process; the impact of the revolution on the political and corporative activity of mining bourgeoisie of southern Russia is considered in details: the question of quantitative features, social, national and property composition of bourgeoisie in provinces on the eve of 1905-1907 is investigated systematically. 10 scientific papers are published on the basis of dissertation. The dissertation includes 25 tables in appendix. The results of investigation may be used in scientific and research activity, in the work of the organs of State power, local bodies and social associations of entrepreneurs.
