Vakerych M. Autoecological study of Avena sativa L.: reaction on cuprum compounds

The thesis devoted to the autoecological investigation of Avena sativa L. cultivar "Chernigivskyi 27": influence of cuprum sulfate on water culture, preplant treatment of seeds and on rhyzogenesis strength of Avena sativa L., biological cuprum activity regards medium pH. Also we developed methods of decreasing heavy metal's phytotoxic effect by cuprum example. We determine critical concentration of cuprum sulfate, depended from growth index, which has promotional effect in water culture of the oat's cultivar "Chernigivskyi 27". It was shown that the determination of elements content in plants and soil can be helpful for building the ion passport of plants and studying the physiological ground of ion homeostasis changes (multiple elements) under the treatment with one or more elements.
