The researches of eschatological expectations and their impact on social and transformation processes in XV-XVII century Europe including their origins and specificity were conducted in this thesis on the basis of published sources the first time in the domestic historiography. The author examines in detail the spread of doomsday expectations amid the natural processes of social evolution of the Western and the Eastern ecumenes.
